Drive Success with a High-Performing Automotive Dealership!
Are you a proven leader with a strong track record in automotive sales? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new and used vehicle operations and drive continued success through strong leadership, strategy, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the new and used vehicle sales departments
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
- Manage inventory control, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships
- Provide support to finance operations as needed
- Prior success in automotive sales
- Proven management experience within a dealership environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Solid understanding of the retail automotive sales process
- Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems
- Competitive pay $125,000 - $250,000 per year earning potential
