Are you relationship-driven leader who loves working with families, building community connections, and helping a growing organization succeed? Brain Balance of Bloomington-Normal is seeking a Center and Enrollment Director to lead center operations, guide families through the enrollment process, develop community partnerships, and help drive the continued growth of our center.
Company DescriptionBrain Balance is an evidence-based program designed to help children, teens, and adults strengthen the brain's ability to learn, regulate emotions, and manage behavior. The organization focuses on how the brain influences thinking, movement, social interaction, and responses to the world, especially when certain areas develop unevenly or inefficiently. These brain differences can contribute to challenges with attention, behavior, academics, and emotional regulation.
The Brain Balance Program® leverages neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to form new connections to build stronger, more efficient neural pathways. Participants often experience improvements in focus, mood, sensory processing, and overall self-control, making Brain Balance a meaningful place to work for those dedicated to helping individuals reach their potential.
