As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work with a diverse team of caregivers to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. You will perform minor medical operations, advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries, and plan long-term care needs. You will also:

• Document medical history and check for allergies.
• Obtain patient vital signs.
• Monitor patients' emotional and physical well-being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certification; 2 years experience required.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally).
• Good stress coping skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Total Med Travel Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
