Carle Health is seeking a dynamic provider to join our Anesthesia department as a CRNA Supervisor
to assist in the oversight of our collegial team of CRNAs at Carle Bro Menn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity DetailsPosition Details Include:
- Perform a wide variety of cases and procedures to include:
General, Spinal, Epidurals, IV Regionals, CVP, PA Invasive Monitors and A-lines - Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must participate in personnel actions for hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures.
- Responsible for supporting anesthesia department needs and foster relationships with labor & delivery, CV/open hearts, the ICU, Hoopeston/DASC, MRI/CT, and IR/EP
- Assist the current CRNA Director and CRNA Supervisor with annual performance appraisals and rounding with current CRNA staff
- Resolves work-related issues, or assists employees in solving work-related issues, confers with the director to resolve more complex situations
- Responsible for orientation of new CRNA team members
- Act as liaison between administration, physicians, CRNAs, and nursing staff
- Support the management team in identifying practice opportunities focused on improvement in patient experience, workflow efficiency, and cost management
- Responsible to maintain a strong knowledge base of the anesthesia EMR workflow
- Helps coordinate CRNA staff schedule and daily Carle anesthesia staffing needs
- Facilitate continued anesthesia education within the department
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthetist and current IL CRNA license
- At least 3 years of CRNA experience required

The compensation range for this position is $160.79/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
