Neonatal NP to join our Level 2 Nursery team at Carle Bro Menn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois.
Practice Details Include:
- Dedicated and experienced support staff
- Modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility
- Level 2 Intermediate Care Nursery
- Carle Bro Menn Medical Center is a 200‑bed hospital that is a DNV‑Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center and Gold Safe Sleep certified.
- Magnet‑recognized teaching institution with a community hospital feel
- Level 2 Nursery that partners with Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative on evidence‑based practices
- Dedicated Neonatal and Obstetric air and ground and Pediatric transport services to Level I Trauma Center/Level III NICU 45 minutes away
Education Requirements:
Master's Degree in Nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse license
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification and licensure required

The compensation range for this position is $65.47–85.11/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
