Key responsibilities include:- performing comprehensive patient assessments
- developing and implementing individualized care plans
- administering chemotherapy, radiation, and supportive treatments
- providing emotional support to patients and families
- current RN license
- BLS certification
- proficiency in oncology procedures such as IV starts
- dressing changes
- port access
- medication administration
