Role:
Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN - OR) Responsibilities
- Perform peri-procedural assessments and document care provided
- Prepare patients for procedures, verifying documentation and consents
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, reporting changes promptly
- Provide post-procedure education and reinforce care instructions as directed by the care team
- Minimum of 2+ years of OR nursing experience
- Ability to perform assessments, prepare patients, and monitor vital signs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
- Ensure patient safety and care quality throughout procedures
- Guaranteed pay regardless of shift cancellations
- Premium overtime pay at 2x hourly rate
