Travel RN - Clinical Resource Unit 3 12hr Nights REQ: (Full Time)
Location: Normal, IL

• Pay Rate:
  Up to $75/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Clinical Resource Unit (Float Pool) Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Acts as a resource to staff from various units.
• Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Mental Health Unit and Acute Rehab.
• Administer medications and treatments, observing for reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• RN license in state of assignment.
• BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Ability to float to multiple units.
• Ability to manage care for both acute and chronically ill cardiac and pulmonary patients.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
