This is a part-time opportunity.

• Help lead our team in a customer service, team-oriented environment under the direction of the Wellness Director.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois
• Long-term care expereince preferred
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $34.00 - $36.50 / hour
