Adient plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Illinois manufacturing teams, driving quality initiatives and PPAP processes across programs. You will serve as the primary quality contact for internal and external customers, leading root-cause analysis and containment actions.
With 6+ years in quality engineering in automotive or regulated environments, you will mentor staff, perform SPC/DOE analyses, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure robust processes and excellent product quality.
