We are currently seeking a full time and part time kitchen staff
Major responsibilities include:
- Prepare pizza, grill and fryer foods
- Review menus prior to preparation of food
- Assure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed
- Follow all sanitation guidelines
- Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Work efficiently alongside others
- Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
- Abilty to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Night and weekend avialability
- Schedule flexibility
- Standing on feet for extended periods of time
- Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire. Food service Manager Certification Preferred
