- Food Service Sanitation Certification, Valid Illinois Driver's License with no major moving violations in the past three years.
All items should be taken to read that the individual already has these skills, or has the ability to rapidly acquire them.
- Having the ability to read recipes and tickets; executing preparation instructions.
- Understanding and practice working under food service sanitation regulations.
- Acting in a courteous and respectful manner while working in close proximity with other persons in a high-paced environment.
- Having the ability to operate standard dish machine and wash pots and pans by hand.
- High sense of urgency.
- Neat personal appearance and clean working habits.
Work will be done mostly in a high-volume restaurant kitchen with the accompanying extremes of temperature, crowded conditions, noise, rapidly moving foot traffic, and potentially dangerous equipment. There will be consistent and repetitious activity during the entire workshift.
