Competitive pay: $19.00‑$23.50 based on experience.

• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long‑term, loyal guests
• Lead, manage, and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience goals, while celebrating achievements
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

• Minimum age: 18 years
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast‑paced environment
• Serv Safe certification (or ability to obtain one)
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Must communicate clearly and understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
