Multi-Unit Area Manager

A fast-growing, high-volume quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations across Central Illinois. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and people development while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple General Managers to achieve sales, profit, and operational goals.
• Drive guest satisfaction, food safety, speed of service, and brand standards across all locations.
• Coach, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Monitor P&L performance, labor, food costs, and key operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations to provide hands-on operational support.

Qualifications

• Strong background in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
• Proven success in sales growth, P&L management, and team development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
