"Run the Play" — Fresh Food Managers are in a unique and rewarding position. You work with food services and assist with retail operations within your location, focusing on the customer in everything we do. Sometimes it’s just a smile; other times it is listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly. Customers come back because of your team’s performance.

• Promote sales and manage the overall operations of the deli department.
• Ensure teams are focused on the customer and deliver world-class service.
• Provide guidance on merchandise execution and staff training to drive sales growth.

• 2 or more years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
• 2 or more years’ experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
• Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

You may be exposed to outdoor elements, fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration, and a loud noise level  may encounter dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, cleaning solutions, etc.
