Store Associate

Retail Store Associate plays a meaningful role in delivering customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to a safe and quality customer experience.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Offer a warm greeting, maintain eye contact, and help locate items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide support to all departments (photo, beauty, etc.) ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational, remaining current with updated services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose.

• Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly for moving objects.
• Have close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, read, and perform visual inspections involving small parts/details.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred, but Not Required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 30 hours.

Full time.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour (base hourly rate).
