Area Manager – Normal, IL StoreYou will lead and develop a high‑performing Appliance Sales team focused on delivering great customer experiences. This role is hands‑on. You’ll coach employees, support customers, collaborate with other departments, and occasionally run the store as Manager‑on‑Duty.
What Does Not Normal Look Like Day‑to‑Day?- Leading from the front instead of managing from the sidelines.
- Coaching your team in real‑time, having honest conversations quickly, and helping people grow instead of avoiding hard feedback.
