• Foster a service and selling culture to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Become a knowledgeable expert in product categories to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Achieve measurable sales goals and maintain standards for transaction metrics.
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with visual merchandising, display maintenance, and overall store appearance.
• Help process merchandise and monitor floor stock inventory.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability.
• Collaborate with store leadership to enhance personal skills and sales metrics.
• Follow all company policies and legal regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating professionalism and quality work.

• Strong customer service, communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

• Standing, walking, and squatting for over 50% of the work shift.
