Qualifications

* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant software

* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Food safety certification (preferred)
