Purpose:

As a vital part of our customer service team, Front End Associates are responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers. In this role, you will handle Checkout and Return transactions and ensure the Self-Checkout area is well-monitored and maintained. We encourage you to become knowledgeable about our products to provide insightful information to customers and identify sales opportunities.

As a Head Cashier, you will lead the Cashier team by facilitating price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions, and processing markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. You will also manage customer issues and assist in the training and coaching of new Front End Associates, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.

The ideal candidate for the Head Cashier position will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier.
