Job Description

Join our team as a Grocery Pick-Up Clerk and play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our online customers! You will be responsible for efficiently selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, ensuring top-notch freshness and quality. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will assemble orders, process payments, and load them into customers' cars upon arrival.

• Select and gather items for online orders while adhering to freshness and quality standards.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble customer orders while processing payments and coupons efficiently.
• Communicate efficiently with customers about order status, substitutions, and exceptions upon pick-up.
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness in staging areas.
• Inspect equipment and report any issues to supervision.
• Follow food safety procedures and adhere to all relevant laws and company guidelines.
• Support training of new team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags and have basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Prior experience in stocking shelves or as a cashier is beneficial.
