Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper forklift procedures;
Promotes the Companys products and services and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities and deadlines and communicates progress.
