Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• Face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Activated driver's license
• Minimum 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• Eligibility to drive a regulated vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs per DOT rules

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or military service

Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions.
