Overview

Sales Representative - Facility Services with Cintas, a growing Fortune 500 company. This role focuses on outside sales to provide facility services solutions to customers, using leading products and hands-on support with day-to-day operations. The position emphasizes a customer-focused, solution-centric approach and applies training in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver industry-leading products and hands-on help with customer facility service needs.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials and may vary by location. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
