Route Service Representative; Workweek

Job Summary

Requisition Number: 227195 – Route Service Representative in the Rental Division.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts. The role involves driving a truck, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products on established routes.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment
• Majority work on a 4‑day workweek, no nights or weekends
• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lb.; having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.

A total compensation range of $45,000–$90,000 per year (base salary plus earned commissions). The range considers skill set, experience, training, performance and organizational needs.
