Genesis of Bloomington-Normal is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our luxury sales team and deliver the premium customer experience that defines the Genesis brand.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives on coaching sales professionals, developing talent, maximizing dealership performance, and creating lifelong customer relationships.
Automotive F&I experience is highly recommended and will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates with luxury automotive leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist in closing vehicle sales.
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance to maximize profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase volume, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and hold the team accountable for achieving results.
- Ensure every customer receives the premium, personalized experience expected from a luxury dealership.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and ethical sales practices.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or high-performing Sales Professional ready for the next step.
- Automotive F&I experience is highly recommended.
- Luxury automotive experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience desking deals and working with dealership CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and communication skills that reflect a luxury brand.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
