Our Service Advisors are trusted consultants who help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Average earnings around $70,000 per year (guaranteed pay plus commission)

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair solutions
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates
• Coordinate repairs with technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Deliver completed vehicles and explain the work performed
• Build trust through outstanding customer service
• Help customers protect their investment by recommending needed maintenance

• Enjoys helping people and building relationships
• Has experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Communicates confidently in person and over the phone
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoys solving problems and exceeding customer expectations
• Is motivated to learn and grow
