You do not need automotive sales experience to apply. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or luxury sales — and enjoy working with people — we will train you.

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional, pressure-free environment
• Guide customers through a consultative vehicle selection process
• Demonstrate features, performance, and technology in an engaging way
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Follow up with clients to ensure an exceptional ownership experience
• Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards

• Strong communication and people skills
• A polished, professional presence
• Self-motivated with a drive to earn and grow
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Available to work evenings and weekends

Sales experience is a plus — but personality, professionalism, and work ethic matter most.

• $60,000+ per year earning potential (combination of base salary + commission)
