- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production zones, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in alignment with site procedures.
- Support assigned operations by reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts and assisting with traffic and pedestrian flow as needed.
- A valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- A state, county, and/or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories under applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subjected to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
