** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, office spaces, loading docks, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and site contacts.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
