Williams Nationa Lease is hiring a Diesel Technician to join our Preventative Maintenance (PM) shop in Normal, IL. If you have experience working on tractor-trailers and want to continue building your diesel career with a stable, growing company — we want to talk to you.

This role focuses on preventative maintenance and light repair work that keeps our fleet safe, compliant, and road-ready every day.

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• $2/hour shift differential pay
• Optional Saturdays for overtime

Pay (based on experience): See responsibilities and qualifications for context.

• Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers (oil changes, greasing, filter replacements, fluid checks, etc.)
• Complete inspections and identify worn or damaged parts
• Perform minor repairs and component replacements
• Follow PM schedules to maintain fleet reliability

• Experience in a preventative maintenance shop (tractor-trailer preferred)
• Basic hand tools and toolbox required
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
