Delivery Driver — Normal, IL $600 sign-on bonus. Tips paid out every shift. Mileage reimbursement on every delivery.

Base pay $15.00-$16.00/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Our drivers averaged $22.42/hour including tips over the past six months.

What you'll actually doYou'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too.

Part-time roles under 30 hours/week are not benefits-eligible.

Qualifications What you need
18 or older

Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle

Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years

Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)
Must pass an MVR check

Physical requirements:
