Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 8–10 hour shifts
We are hiring Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to join our warehouse and manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with forklift, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience. You will operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift, move materials throughout the facility, load and unload trailers, stage products, and support production and warehouse operations.
The primary opening is on 1st shift
, but candidates must be flexible to work 8–10 hour shifts and occasional schedule changes based on business needs.
- Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and semi-trucks.
- Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials throughout the facility.
- Transport parts and materials to production work areas.
- Stage materials and finished products for production and shipping.
- Use RF scanners to scan and track inventory.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Verify products, parts, and shipments for accuracy.
- Complete required warehouse, shipping, and inventory paperwork.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Experience with sit-down or stand-up forklifts preferred.
- Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials.
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Must be flexible to work different shifts when business needs require.
- $18.00/hour
