Benefits:
This position is eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(K) benefits.
Pay: $55-65K
Responsibilities:- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, excluding tax preparation and filing
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including job costing allocations
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with project billing, including progress billings and lien waivers as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support financial reporting and job cost tracking
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll processing, reconciliations, and job costing
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, or similar construction accounting systems)
