Accounts Payable Clerk

Thrive is partnering with a Norman-based property management company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. • Manage the accounts payable process for the company
• Create, review, and process invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain spreadsheets and financial records
• Verify invoice details and follow up on discrepancies as needed
• Prepare payments and maintain vendor accounts
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation
• Support management with additional accounting and administrative duties

• Have at least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience
• Are comfortable creating invoices and managing spreadsheets
• Navigate Excel at a high level
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Have previous experience with accounting software (a plus)
