Job TitlePart‑time Front Desk Receptionist
Pay$13 - $15 per hour
SchedulePrimarily evening and weekend shifts, 3 PM – 11 PM. Flexibility during quieter periods.

Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, handle phone and email communication, perform data‑entry, use Quick Books for billing, keep the front desk organized, provide information, and address concerns promptly.

Ideal Candidate- Strong customer service skills and friendly personality
- Comfortable with data entry and basic computer tasks
- Familiarity with office software
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus. Experience in a front desk or receptionist role is also helpful. Bilingual candidates are welcome.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
