ResponsibilitiesAs an Office Coordinator you would be responsible for staffing and dispatching caregivers to our valued clients, filing, making copies, answering phones, and maintaining confidentiality of all client information. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, flexibility, cooperation, and adherence to professional standards.
- Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filing
- Communicating with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visits
- Tracking unstaffed caregiver hours for region
- Corresponding staffing needs to recruitment
- Training and orientation of new caregivers in location
- Company car fleet maintenance/mileage management
- Ordering monthly office supplies

Qualifications- Successfully pass an OSBI background check and health screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Authorized to work legally in the United States of America
- Able to provide two valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I‑9
- Self‑directed and able to work with little supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills; flexible and cooperative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Medical:
Three options including PHCS PPO Plan, PHCS HSA Plan, or Preventive Plus Plan. Part‑time staff are offered Preventive Plus Plan coverage. - Dental and Vision:
