Crash Champions is looking for a customer-focused team member to guide clients through the repair process at our Norman, OK locations. You will educate customers on repair steps, insurance procedures, rights, and value, while preparing and finalizing repair estimates for vehicles.
You will manage repairs end-to-end, perform in-process QC, and keep customers informed with transparent updates. Experience with multiple estimating systems is preferred.
