As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst
, you'll serve as the primary analytics partner for marketing initiatives across BOK Financial. You'll leverage customer, campaign, performance, and bank product and service data to develop targeted audiences, evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This role will support a wide range of marketing activities, including customer segmentation, campaign measurement, A/B testing, reporting, and analytics.
You'll collaborate closely with business partners across consumer banking, mortgage, wealth, and other lines of business to deliver insights that enhance marketing performance, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to optimize existing processes, introduce new analytical approaches, and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing data and reporting.
Our Consumer Data & Analytics team is building a centralized analytics function designed to create a single source of truth for data, reporting, and business insights. - Partnering with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver analytical solutions that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Developing targeted customer lists and audience selections for marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing campaign performance and delivering insights that help optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other marketing experiments to support data-driven decision making.
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key marketing metrics and performance trends.
