Project Manager – Industrial​/Mission Critical Construction

A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support a rapidly growing portfolio of industrial, mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and complex construction projects
.

• Manage projects or major project scopes from planning through closeout
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation
• Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership
• Maintain owner and design-team relationships

• Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder
• Industrial, manufacturing, data center, advanced technology, aviation, healthcare, commercial, or similarly complex construction experience
• Strong financial and project-controls capabilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs
