Responsibilities
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
- Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and other personnel
- Professional appearance
