Field Service Representative PEMB

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for a Field Service Representative to join its Field Service team. Our Field Service Representatives are involved with the day‑to‑day activities of providing and maintaining customer relations through timely and thorough responses to all post‑shipment inquiries. You will report up to the Manager, Field Services.

• Provide feedback and data of all recurring issues.
• Provide a strong focus of customer service with timely responses regarding inquiries from Builder organization.
• Develop and maintain customer relations by seeking customer feedback, both external and internal, to ensure continuous improvement takes place to improve overall performance.
• Communicate/coordinate technical issues in support of customer needs.
• Undertake all customer support tasks in external facilities.
• Guarantee that the work progress accurately follows the agenda.
• Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues.
• Produce frequent and analytical service reports.
• Coordinate with departments for root cause and/or solutions in support of customer needs.
• Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations.
• Formulate relationships of trust with customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
• Technical education, certification or experience preferred
• Must have knowledge of PEMB and the ability to read blueprints
• Prefer previous experience in at least two of the following areas
  • Previous building erection experience (5+ years)
  • Previous experience in the PEMB industry performing drafting or engineering tasks (5+ years)
  • Previous experience in PEMB manufacturing (5+ years)
  • Previous Field Service/Customer Service experience (5+ years)
• PEMB experience is highly desired
• PC competent (including Excel, Word, and Access)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

The US base salary for this full‑time position is $67,000-$85,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
