Position IntroductionWe're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Work Control Specialist to support daily operations within our maintenance team. In this role, you'll manage service and work requests, assist with billing inquiries, provide documentation to departments, and serve as a key point of contact by answering and routing calls through a multi-line phone system. RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 12 months experience in customer service in an office environment.
