Position IntroductionThe University Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, supportive, and confidential environment while ensuring the smooth operation of front office functions. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking counseling services.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.
