As the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience. We understand that many patients come to the dental office feeling anxious or worried, so empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential.

• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
• Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment.
• Understanding of billing and patient accounts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Compassionate, kind, and patient when interacting with every patient.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
