- Provide project-wide design and technical leadership, oversight, and coordination
- Serve as Professional of Record on projects of various scales and complexity
- Apply professional judgment and technical expertise to guide project execution
- Partner with Project Managers on scope, budget, schedule, and labor resource plans
- Translate project scope into coordinated deliverables and documentation strategies
- Prepare, review, and oversee drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
- Lead Construction Administration and resolve design-related issues
- Lead interfaces with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on design and technical aspects
- Implement and oversee quality control, risk management, and project delivery standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Professional Architecture License required
- 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Demonstrated capability to assume project-wide architectural responsibility
- Experience supporting and coordinating project controls and Construction Administration
- Proficiency with architectural design software, including Revit, MOS, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Demonstrates expertise in architectural design and project leadership, with a focus on quality control, risk management, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in managing project scope, budget, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
