SchedulePart‑time – 15 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8am‑5pm
Salary RangeTargeted salary $11.00/hour, based on experience.

Job DescriptionAssist Assessment & Analytics in the Academic Success Center by contacting incoming students who have made appointments to assess for course placement. This will include writing and sending postcard reminders to students, making phone calls, sending emails, and other light clerical support. This position is expected to work on average 15 hours per week in Wagner Hall Assessment & Analytics Center through the end of the semester.
A successful candidate will be re‑hirable for Spring 2027.

The student must be currently enrolled for the Spring semester with the University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus. Enrollment will be verified. - Skills
:- Customer service
- Good penmanship
- Efficiency in work
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to interact professionally and build relationships
- Advertised Physical Requirements
:- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to write legibly
- Department Preferences
:- Experience in mailings and communication
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work daily M‑F, 3 hours a day
