Wagner Hall Assessment & Analytics Center, Onsite

Part‑time – 15 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8am‑5pm

Targeted salary $11.00/hour, based on experience.

Assist Assessment & Analytics in the Academic Success Center by contacting incoming students who have made appointments to assess for course placement. This will include writing and sending postcard reminders to students, making phone calls, sending emails, and other light clerical support. This position is expected to work on average 15 hours per week in Wagner Hall Assessment & Analytics Center through the end of the semester.

A successful candidate will be re‑hirable for Spring 2027.

• Required Education
  :
  The student must be currently enrolled for the Spring semester with the University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus. Enrollment will be verified.

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work daily M‑F, 3 hours a day
