We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in‑person role based at our campuses in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

Most admissions professionals are brought in to maintain existing systems. Your mandate will be to dismantle what isn't working and build something superior.

2 Hour Learning compresses a traditional school day into two hours through AI‑driven, mastery‑based applications. No teachers. No lectures. No inefficiency. Students achieve learning outcomes at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. Afternoons are devoted to life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This represents not simply an alternative approach to education, but a fundamentally more efficient, high‑impact model producing top 1% academic results in considerably less time.

Your role begins here. You will direct complete admissions operations for one campus, maintaining full ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No process fragmentation. No unnecessary complexity. You will convert interest into enrollment through rapid engagement, evidence‑based results presentation, compelling campus experiences, and rigorous selectivity standards. You will be the determining factor in family decisions to join a school unlike any they have encountered.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Responding to all new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, targeted communication that avoids generic templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our instructional approach accelerates learning, and which families it serves best.
  • Managing the complete admissions process, including application review, shadow day coordination, decision conversations, and family onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and SIS records prepared for weekly performance analysis, particularly within Hub Spot.
  • Continuously improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions based on live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

  • Leading a team. This role is structured as an individual contributor position.
  • Working through institutional bureaucracy. We operate at startup velocity, not traditional educational institution pace.
  • Enrolling every interested family. This educational model serves specific families well, and your responsibility is identifying the right matches.
  • Defending our differentiation apologetically. Our measured outcomes validate our approach more effectively than conventional practice.
  • Operating remotely. This is an on‑campus, in‑person position with periodic local event attendance required.

Key Responsibilities

Own and refine the complete admissions process to convert qualified prospective families into enrolled students. Build a high‑conversion, carefully selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and performance standards of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing complete admissions cycles at a competitive, tuition‑based academic institution
  • Documented success running selective enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
  • Superior communication capabilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal contexts
  • Demonstrated ease working with high‑net‑worth families and sophisticated decision‑makers
  • Solid operational discipline including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), time management proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA;
    San Francisco, CA;
    Orange County, CA;
    Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
  • United States work authorization without requirement for visa sponsorship
