The Gallogly College of Engineering has a robust outreach and recruitment strategy, and Student Recruiters are a key element of this plan.

• Lead tours for prospective students and their families.
• Assist with the coordination, logistics, and execution of on‑campus and off‑campus outreach and recruitment events.
• Assist student services staff with duties including: preparing correspondence; greeting and assisting students, faculty and visitors; answering phones; filing; updating contact databases; data entry; making copies; and other general office support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Employment is for the SPRING/SUMMER semester only. Students may be continued to FALL semester pending evaluation.

Required

Education:

Must be currently enrolled in the Spring and Summer Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Must attach Spring or Summer 2026 class schedule.
• Engineering major in the Gallogly College of Engineering.
• Undergraduate student.

Department Preferences:

• Completed at least one semester at the University of Oklahoma
• Not graduating in May, August or December 2026
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Consistent Summer 2026 availability
