The Gallogly College of Engineering has a robust outreach and recruitment strategy, and Student Recruiters are a key element of this plan.
Student Recruiters will:- Lead tours for prospective students and their families.
- Assist with the coordination, logistics, and execution of on‑campus and off‑campus outreach and recruitment events.
- Assist student services staff with duties including: preparing correspondence; greeting and assisting students, faculty and visitors; answering phones; filing; updating contact databases; data entry; making copies; and other general office support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Employment is for the SPRING/SUMMER semester only. Students may be continued to FALL semester pending evaluation.
Job RequirementsRequired
Education:
Must be currently enrolled in the Spring and Summer Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach Spring or Summer 2026 class schedule.
- Engineering major in the Gallogly College of Engineering.
- Undergraduate student.

- General office/clerical duties

- Lifting 10–15 pounds for recruitment materials
Department Preferences:
- Completed at least one semester at the University of Oklahoma
- Not graduating in May, August or December 2026
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Consistent Summer 2026 availability
