Position Introduction

The Honors College is currently hiring one Student Program Assistant for the Webster Book Clubs to start in the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time position involves recruiting book club moderators and participants, helping with book distribution, coordinating website and Canvas updates, assisting with social media reminders and announcements, collecting program feedback, and other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in the Fall 2026 Term at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
  • This position is open to all Honors College students in any degree program.
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as a full‑time student in good standing in OU’s Honors College.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 is required and must be maintained during employment.
  • Hiring is contingent upon verification of student status.

Department Preferences

Participation in Webster Book Clubs is desirable but not required.
